Occasionally, Pearson produces updates for our software applications. Although most of these updates are minor enhancements, some are much more critical and may include changes to the scoring and reporting of your software. When an update for your software is available, you will be notified if you are connected to the Internet. These updates are also available from the Pearson Technical Support website at:

If you would prefer to have a CD-ROM containing the product updates, you may request one from the Pearson Technical Support Center by calling 800-249-0659. You must download and install product updates to ensure the version you are using is the most up-to-date.
